About the role
CARMA is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand its presence in the Philippines. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and promoting CARMA’s AI‑enabled media monitoring and analytics solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and source new prospects through research and outreach.
- Organise sales campaigns, contact leads by email and phone, and secure meetings.
- Present CARMA’s products and services to clients both virtually and face‑to‑face.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts and close sales efficiently.
- Collaborate with product and analysis teams to ensure proper deal execution and client reporting.
- Act as a brand ambassador and monitor client satisfaction, addressing any issues promptly.
Required profile
- 1‑5 years of B2B sales or business development experience.
- Strong presentation, communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proactive, meticulous and able to work under pressure while prioritising workload.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a lateral thinking approach.
- Good understanding of various industries and technology trends.
