About the role

Villa is a cutting‑edge VR platform that transforms remote teamwork into immersive, collaborative experiences. We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive enterprise adoption, build strategic relationships, and expand our footprint among agile teams worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and close large enterprise accounts with thousands of seats.
• Develop and nurture relationships with C‑suite executives and decision‑makers.
• Leverage Villa’s VR capabilities to showcase value for stand‑ups, sprint reviews, off‑sites, and other team activities.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align go‑to‑market strategies.
• Represent Villa at virtual and physical industry events to generate pipeline.

Required profile

• Executive‑level experience (5+ years) in SaaS or technology sales with proven success.
• Native‑level English communication skills.
• Extensive worldwide tech network and ability to secure CXO buy‑in.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, passion for immersive technologies, and strong empathy for client needs.
• Willingness to work US business hours and thrive in a fully remote environment.
