About the role

The Business Development Manager will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners, driving new business growth for the company. This role requires strong communication, critical thinking, and the ability to execute strategic plans.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and attend industry events to enhance company visibility and connect with potential clients.
• Analyze data and information relevant to potential new markets and client segments.
• Act as the main point of contact for B2B accounts, addressing inquiries and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Conduct meetings with clients to understand their needs, prepare proposals, and negotiate terms.
• Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and store operations to align business strategies with company objectives.
• Provide direction and support to the team, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Oversee post‑purchase fulfillment operations, ensuring efficient coordination and high customer satisfaction.
• Assist in resolving issues related to product availability, order fulfillment, and logistics.
• Prepare accurate and timely reports on project progress, team performance, sales updates, and business development activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field.
• 3–5 years of business development experience in a relevant industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful development strategies.
• Focused, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently.
