Business Development Manager – Information Management

About the role

Crown Worldwide Group is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new corporate business and support the Group’s sales and marketing strategy. The role focuses on generating leads, building relationships, and delivering proposals for information‑management services across the APAC region.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads and new business through cold calling and networking.
• Collaborate with the Division Manager to develop and execute sales strategies, plans, and objectives.
• Achieve established sales goals aligned with the overall sales strategy.
• Identify and analyse commercial opportunities across a broad range of client profiles.
• Prepare and present proposals, tenders, bids, RFQs and RFPs.
• Participate in sales events, exhibitions, conferences, seminars and networking functions.
• Maintain consultative relationships with potential and target clients.

Required profile

• University degree or equivalent in Business or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 + years of relevant experience with a proven track record of acquiring new clients.
• Experience in consultative selling and managing extended sales cycles.
• Strong communication, presentation, analytical and commercial acumen.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks and take responsibility.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with databases.
• Knowledge of SaaS sales (preferred).
