Business Development Manager – Food Manufacturing Consulting

About the role

Arsy Consulting is seeking a results‑driven Business Development Manager to expand its international client portfolio within the food manufacturing sector. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with senior decision‑makers, and supporting the company’s growth strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients in the food manufacturing industry.
• Research companies, locate key decision‑makers, and connect with Operations Directors, Plant Managers, CEOs, and other senior stakeholders.
• Generate, qualify, and nurture new business leads.
• Present Arsy Consulting’s services and clearly communicate their value proposition.
• Schedule and conduct meetings with qualified prospects.
• Maintain strong, professional relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Follow up on opportunities and manage them through the sales process.
• Identify new markets and international business opportunities.
• Collaborate directly with the founder to develop and execute the business development strategy.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, B2B sales, lead generation, or consulting sales.
• Strong communication, networking, and negotiation abilities.
• Confidence engaging senior‑level decision‑makers.
• Proactive, independent, and highly results‑oriented.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to spot business opportunities.
• Experience in food manufacturing, FMCG, industrial manufacturing, or operational consulting is a strong advantage.
• Professional level of English.
