Business Development Manager – Crypto Influencer Outreach

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to lead our crypto influencer outreach program. The role focuses on identifying, engaging and qualifying KOLs, community leaders and market analysts across major social platforms to support our exchange’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Search and identify cryptocurrency‑related influencers on Twitter (X), YouTube, Telegram, TikTok and Instagram.
• Initiate high‑frequency outreach via direct messages, email and community participation to present our value proposition.
• Qualify contacts, assess their interest and gather initial partnership requirements.
• Organise qualified influencer data into structured Google Sheets or Excel lists and hand over to senior business development colleagues.
• Maintain daily outreach logs to ensure transparency and avoid duplicate contacts.
• Utilise web‑crawling tools and automated search workflows to uncover hidden contact information.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, business development or lead generation.
• Background in finance, internet or technology sectors is highly preferred.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal; additional language proficiency (e.g., Spanish, Russian, Korean, Vietnamese) is a plus.
• High resilience with the ability to manage 100+ outreach tasks per day despite a high rejection rate.
• Results‑driven mindset focused on delivering qualified influencer leads to the negotiation team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel for data presentation.
• Experience with web crawling tools or automated search workflows to retrieve contact information.
