Business Development Expert

About the role

Globe is seeking a Business Development Expert to drive growth by engaging prospective customers and building strong relationships with partners across various channels. You will work closely with Account Executives to ensure seamless communication and hand‑offs, while representing the company with deep product and market knowledge.

Key responsibilities

• Engage prospective customers via phone and email to generate new business opportunities.
• Partner closely with Account Executives to ensure strong communication and proper hand‑offs.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Globe’s products, competitors, and industry trends.
• Overcome customer objections by acting as a product‑knowledge expert.
• Identify and implement improvements to optimise sales processes.
• Ensure proper implementation of projects and programs to meet revenue targets.
• Build and sustain relationships with retailers, Tiangge operators, LGUs, barangays, schools, and other partners.
• Oversee sales operations across multiple channels.
