Business Development Executive – 50K Salary Package

About the role

We are seeking a driven Business Development Executive to join our Mortgage Services division. The role focuses on generating new opportunities, building relationships with senior decision‑makers, and promoting our mortgage solutions in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through lead mining, cold calling, and outbound prospecting.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with CXO‑level and senior decision‑makers, understanding their goals and challenges.
• Present and position the company’s mortgage services and solutions in a consultative manner.
• Collaborate with Sales and internal stakeholders to develop and execute business development strategies.
• Manage the sales pipeline from initial engagement through qualification, presentation, and deal closure.
• Set, track, and report on performance and growth targets, providing regular updates.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to build brand presence and generate leads.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within mortgage or financial services.
• Demonstrated ability to prospect, influence, and close deals with C‑level and executive stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation and negotiation capabilities.
• Ability to convey complex solutions clearly across all organizational levels.
• Strong organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
• Results‑driven, proactive, resilient, and self‑motivated.
