Business Development Associate - Telesales

About the role

As a Business Development Associate you will help grow Lamudi’s real‑estate marketplace by acquiring new broker clients and expanding the property inventory available to home‑buyers. The role is focused on telesales outreach and partnership development.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities through existing and new partnerships in the real‑estate sector.
  • Support the Business Development team in creating and championing new processes, projects and product ideas.
  • Build and continuously expand the client and broker database.
  • Assist with onboarding partners and clients, ensuring strong, healthy relationships through effective liaison.

Required profile

  • 2‑3 years of relevant experience in sales or telesales.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Strong sales, negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Comfortable working in a high‑energy, collaborative team.
  • Well‑organized and structured work style.
