Business Consultant: Process Improvement and Transformation

About the role

Tech Mahindra Philippines is seeking a Business Consultant to drive process improvement and digital transformation across its BPO operations. The role focuses on analysing current business processes, designing innovative solutions, and supporting change management to enhance efficiency and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate current business processes, systems, and operating models to identify digital transformation opportunities.
• Create business documentation such as BPMN diagrams and SIPOC charts.
• Develop comprehensive project documentation to support smooth implementation and ensure project success.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, define, and document business requirements for strategic initiatives.
• Leverage data analysis tools to extract insights, identify trends, and support decision‑making.
• Partner with technical teams, vendors, and alliance partners to design and develop innovative digital solutions.
• Coordinate with IT teams, project managers, and third‑party vendors to ensure seamless implementation, managing scope, timelines, and resources.
• Support change management efforts, including user training, stakeholder communication, and adoption planning.
• Present findings, recommendations, and updates to leadership and stakeholders to drive buy‑in and alignment.
• Continuously monitor technology trends and identify emerging solutions.
• Identify potential risks associated with digital transformation and create mitigation strategies.
• Track project performance against KPIs, conduct post‑implementation reviews, and recommend process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of overall experience, with at least 3 years in business analysis, process improvement, or digital transformation roles.
• Industry experience in one or more domains such as Social Media, Telecom, Hi‑Tech, Retail, or E‑commerce.
• Six Sigma Yellow Belt or Green Belt certification preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
• Self‑driven, adaptable and detail‑oriented.
