Business Analyst

About the role

Cebu Pacific is seeking a Business Analyst to join its Digital and Technology Office. You will play a key role in shaping the airline’s digital landscape by translating business needs into actionable technical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document detailed business requirements from stakeholders for system enhancements and process improvements.
• Analyze existing processes and systems, create business process models, workflows, and data flows to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop clear requirement documents and user stories with acceptance criteria for the DTO development teams.
• Maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and provide project status updates.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, and domain managers to ensure solutions are configured to business specifications and support user‑acceptance testing.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand‑ups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) and manage the product backlog.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business analysis, preferably within a technology or aviation environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to model processes and identify efficiency gains.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills to work with cross‑functional teams.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum practices and ability to translate requirements into user stories.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of producing comprehensive documentation.
