BU Operator

About the role

The BU Operator performs back‑end semiconductor manufacturing functions, ensuring that test equipment and stations run smoothly for assigned products. This position supports production, engineering, and qualification lots while maintaining strict traceability and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate test equipment and test stations for BU‑assigned semiconductor products.
• Execute testing according to approved test programs, flows, and SOPs.
• Load, unload, and process production, engineering, and qualification lots accurately.
• Ensure correct lot identification, traceability, and quantity control.
• Perform basic visual inspection and handling checks before and after test.
• Monitor test execution and escalate abnormal results, alarms, or yield issues.
• Record test results, lot movement, and status accurately in manufacturing systems.
• Support BU engineers during engineering lots, correlations, and validation runs.
• Maintain ESD discipline, safety compliance, and a clean work area (5S).
• Adhere to BU priorities, quality requirements, and production schedules.

Required profile

• Graduate of a 2‑year technical course or senior high school, or at least two years of college education completed.
