Brand Strategy Officer

About the role
The Brand Strategy Officer will lead the development and implementation of BPI's differentiated brand architecture. This role ensures that brand insights, market trends, and customer feedback are translated into a compelling value proposition and communication strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate regular brand audits and research current and future market trends that could impact the BPI brand.
- Analyze market data, customer feedback, and survey results to review and update the BPI Customer Value Proposition (CVP) and brand/communications architectures.
- Recommend updates to the Department Head for the BPI CVP and overall brand architecture.
- Implement brand refresh initiatives as directed by the Department Head.
- Collaborate with project owners, review campaign briefs, and suggest improvements to ensure alignment with brand strategy.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Communication, or Advertising (preferred); Master’s degree in Business Management or Communications is a plus.
- Relevant certifications in Digital Marketing or similar programs.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management or brand strategy.
- Extensive background in strategic planning, business strategy, branding, and marketing communications.
- Experience in the financial services industry is an advantage.
