Brand Officer – Consumer and Retail Segments Marketing

About the role

The Brand Officer will support creative services, campaign execution and operational tasks for Union Bank’s Consumer and Retail segments. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality artwork, managing media set‑up across owned channels and handling vendor payments and product reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and align creative strategies and action plans to meet campaign briefs and multi‑media support needs.
• Conduct monthly competitive scans to inform campaign direction.
• Create and adapt artworks, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines, ASC standards and campaign objectives.
• Roll out campaigns across owned channels (website, app, EDM) and secondary channels (SMS).
• Collaborate with Brand Managers, Category & Segment Heads, Product Head and other internal partners to ensure seamless implementation and documentation.
• Lead end‑to‑end payment processing, vendor onboarding documentation and budget reconciliations under supervision.
• Consolidate MXG Product Analytics reports.
