About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Branch Manager – Sales to lead our Business Center in Batangas. The role focuses on driving sales growth, expanding the customer base and ensuring the long‑term sustainability of the branch within the Retail Banking Group.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, implement and monitor sales strategies to achieve branch targets.
- Analyse market conditions, competitor activity and identify new sales opportunities.
- Grow the customer base through internal and external sales initiatives.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure timely service of their financial needs.
- Oversee account profitability and work closely with business units to deepen relationships.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in any business‑related discipline.
- Proven experience in strategic planning, management and financial management within a banking environment.
- Team‑player with a passion for building solid client relationships.
- Willingness to be based in Batangas.
