About the role
The Branch Manager – Sales will lead the Business Center’s sales activities in Batangas, ensuring the achievement of targets and the long‑term sustainability of the branch. You will monitor market trends, identify new opportunities, and deepen relationships with existing customers.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, implement and monitor sales strategies aligned with the Retail Banking Group’s objectives.
- Analyze market conditions, competitor movements and emerging sales opportunities.
- Grow the customer base through internal and external sales initiatives.
- Improve account profitability and strengthen business relationships.
- Ensure timely servicing of clients’ financial needs.
Required profile
- Team player with a passion for the banking environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in any business‑related field.
- Strong background in strategic planning, management and financial management.
