Branch Manager – Mindanao Branches

About the role

EO Executive Optical is looking for a dynamic Branch Manager to lead its Mindanao locations. You will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring operational efficiency, and delivering an excellent customer experience across the branch network.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the branch, including staffing, inventory, and visual merchandising.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, profitability and market share.
• Monitor key performance indicators and take corrective actions to meet targets.
• Lead, coach and motivate a team of sales associates and support staff.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and product knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a retail or consumer‑goods store, preferably in the optical or related sector.
• Strong leadership and people‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Result‑oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
• Ability to analyze performance data and make informed decisions.
