About the role
The Branch Head leads the Branch Banking Group (BBG) Business Unit, overseeing profitability, marketing, operations and administration across the branch network. This senior position builds long‑term client relationships, gathers market intelligence and drives the branch toward its financial targets.
Key responsibilities
- Identify client needs and promote appropriate bank products and services to meet revenue and profitability goals.
- Oversee all aspects of branch servicing, including administration, control, compliance, and policy implementation.
- Manage branch officers and staff, ensuring adherence to banking procedures, risk controls and regulatory standards.
- Collect market feedback, monitor competition and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5–10 years of managerial experience in branch banking, marketing or operations.
- Proven track record of achieving funds generation, credit services and profitability targets.
