About the role

The Branch Head leads the Branch Banking Group (BBG) Business Unit, overseeing profitability, marketing, operations and administration across the branch network. This senior position is responsible for building long‑term client relationships and gathering market intelligence to drive growth.

Key responsibilities

Identify client needs and promote appropriate bank products and services to meet fund generation, credit, and profitability targets.
Oversee all aspects of branch servicing, including administration, control, compliance, policies, procedures and staff performance.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree.
5–10 years of managerial experience in branch banking, marketing or operations.
