Branch Head

About the role

The Branch Head for our Branch Banking Group (BBG) Business Unit leads the overall profitability, marketing, operations and administration of the branch. This senior position focuses on building long‑term relationships with existing and prospective clients while gathering market feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Identify client needs and offer appropriate banking products and services to meet fund generation, credit, and profitability targets.
• Oversee the complete servicing of the branch, including administrative tasks, control and compliance functions.
• Ensure adherence to bank policies, procedures and controls across all branch officers and staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree graduate.
• At least 5‑10 years of managerial experience in branch banking, marketing or operations.
