BIM Associate I – Remote

About the role

Atoms is seeking a BIM Associate I to support architectural and engineering design work in a fully remote capacity. You will help create and manage onboarding permit drawings, convert point clouds to Revit models, and assist with schematic and tender design tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage onboarding permit drawings (light, permit, enterprise).
• Assist with schematic design and tender package preparation.
• Convert point clouds into accurate Revit models and support sales plan development.
• Model Revit families and aid basic building‑systems coordination.
• Produce graphic materials and presentations to convey design concepts.
• Provide test‑fit design support as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field (professional degree preferred).
• Hands‑on experience with Revit, including modeling, families, and point‑cloud conversion.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Experience working within BIM workflows on architecture or engineering projects.
• Knowledge of BIM standards, best practices, and construction documentation.
