Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative – Night Shift

About the role

MicroSourcing is seeking a Spanish‑bilingual Customer Service Representative to join its night‑shift team in Quezon City. You will support patient‑care operations by handling inbound calls, scheduling appointments, and triaging healthcare inquiries while maintaining professionalism and empathy.

Key responsibilities

• Answer patient inquiries, schedule appointments, and address healthcare‑related concerns.
• Perform standard triaging to determine appropriate next steps or level of care.
• Accurately complete patient intake and data entry in internal systems.
• Maintain wrap‑up times of less than 60 seconds after each interaction.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards while ensuring HIPAA compliance.
• Coordinate with providers, administrative teams, and internal departments to deliver seamless support.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in a healthcare call‑center or similar environment.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, patient intake, and triaging procedures.
• Strong computer navigation and data‑entry skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast‑paced setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.
• Understanding of patient privacy and healthcare compliance standards.
