Batching Plant Operator

About the role

ACCIONA is seeking a Batching Plant Operator to join the MCRP-02 project in San Fernando, Pampanga. You will be responsible for operating the concrete batching plant, ensuring product quality and supporting the overall construction schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the batching plant control system to produce concrete according to approved mix designs.
• Ensure accurate batching of raw materials and monitor plant parameters to maintain concrete quality.
• Perform pre‑operation inspections of the batching plant.
• Coordinate with the Quality Control team to verify that concrete meets specifications.
• Carry out routine housekeeping and assist with preventive maintenance activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 2‑3 years of experience in batching plant operations.
• Ability to read and interpret production schedules, batch tickets, and operating procedures.
• Basic knowledge of batching plant mechanical and electrical components.
• Willingness to work shifting schedules, weekends, holidays, and overtime as required.
