About the role

The Service Associate (Bank Teller) provides accurate, timely over‑the‑counter services to customers at the Business Center. The role ensures compliance with internal policies, BSP and AMLA regulations, while delivering a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Process cash, check, and electronic transactions efficiently and error‑free.
• Maintain service standards such as line wait time and turnaround time.
• Identify and mitigate risk by adhering to bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support process‑improvement initiatives and technology implementations across branch systems.
• Engage with clients professionally, providing excellent service and addressing inquiries.
• Perform delegated administrative tasks in an organized manner.

Required profile

• Graduate of any 4‑year degree program; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Strong decision‑making ability, diligence, and effective time‑management.
• Good controlling and monitoring skills with a sense of security awareness.
• Empathetic, compassionate, and service‑oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
