Bank Teller – Service Associate

About the role

The Service Associate (Bank Teller) provides accurate, timely over‑the‑counter services to customers in the Business Center while ensuring strict compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. The role supports the branch’s business objectives through excellent customer service and participation in process‑improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver error‑free, on‑time teller transactions and maintain standard line wait and service times.
• Ensure compliance with Banko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP), Anti‑Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and other external regulations.
• Identify risk areas and apply bank policies to mitigate them.
• Support process improvement and technology implementation across branch systems.
• Engage clients professionally, providing a high‑quality customer experience.
• Perform assigned administrative functions in an organized manner.

Required profile

• Graduate of any 4‑year course; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Ability to handle complexity, make efficient decisions, and manage time effectively.
• Strong controlling, monitoring, and security‑awareness skills.
• Empathetic, compassionate, and service‑oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
