B2C Collections Specialist – Up to PHP45K + Incentives (Remote)

About the role

The B2C Collections Specialist will manage outbound collections for consumer credit accounts, negotiate repayment plans, and aim to improve customer outcomes while meeting performance targets. This fully remote position offers a competitive base salary with monthly incentives.

Key responsibilities

• Contact delinquent borrowers via phone, email or chat to arrange repayment solutions.
• Assess customer financial situations and propose fair, sustainable payment plans.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and agreements in the CRM system.
• Achieve collection targets and quality metrics set by the team.
• Escalate complex cases to senior staff when necessary.

Required profile

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Basic understanding of credit and financial products.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality.
