B2B Marketing Lead & Digital Strategist

About the role

We are looking for a highly autonomous Marketing Lead based in the Philippines to own our B2B narrative, shape the digital strategy and drive inbound lead generation for CDM Direct. This is a remote independent‑contractor position reporting directly to the CEO.

Key responsibilities

• Write executive‑level omnichannel content (LinkedIn thought leadership, case studies, long‑form assets) that positions CDM Direct as an industry authority.
• Design, build and manage high‑impact inbound and outbound B2B campaigns and complex lead‑nurturing flows using GoHighLevel.
• Identify advanced technical needs (generative engine optimisation, SEO, WordPress development) and manage freelance specialists to deliver results within budget.
• Act as trusted advisor to the CEO, using CRM analytics to ensure marketing activities feed the sales pipeline.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience executing B2B brand strategy and marketing complex solutions to senior decision‑makers.
• Hands‑on expertise with GoHighLevel for advanced campaign automation.
• Proven digital project‑management experience, briefing and managing external freelancers.
• Native‑level English copywriting and verbal communication skills.

What we offer

• Full‑time remote contract (40 hours/week) aligned with Australian business hours.
• Base rate of PHP 80,000–130,000+ per month, invoiced monthly.
• End‑of‑year bonus equivalent to one month’s fees (pro‑rated).
• Annual HMO allowance of PHP 50,000 after 12 months.
• Monthly technology & infrastructure stipend of PHP 3,000.
