About the role

We are looking for a motivated B2B Caller to join our fast‑growing web design firm. The position is fully remote and open to applicants based in the Philippines who can work night shifts aligned with North American business hours.

Key responsibilities

Make outbound cold calls to small business owners in the United States and Canada.
Introduce and explain our web design services.
Qualify leads and schedule follow‑up appointments for the sales team.
Occasionally handle inbound inquiries from prospects.

Required profile

Excellent verbal and written English communication.
Experience in cold calling or telesales.
Strong persuasion and communication abilities.
Reliable internet connection, computer and headset.
Willingness to work night shift (Philippines time).
