B2B Caller – Cold Calling & Lead Generation Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a motivated B2B Caller to drive outbound sales efforts, generate qualified leads and set appointments for our client’s products and services. The role combines cold‑calling, lead sourcing and follow‑up across multiple communication channels.

Key responsibilities

• Cold‑call prospects to present product features, pricing and benefits.
• Ask targeted questions to uncover customer needs and tailor the pitch.
• Upsell to larger packages or higher‑priced services based on identified requirements.
• Maintain accurate call logs and update the CRM with prospect information.
• Create response scripts aligned with company messaging to secure appointments.
• Source leads via LinkedIn and other platforms, and conduct outreach through email, chat and calls.
• Follow up on leads, confirm appointments and track prospect status in the CRM.
• Perform ad‑hoc tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Cold Caller or Telemarketer.
• Strong knowledge of CRM software and telephone systems.
• Experience creating email content and conducting outreach campaigns.
• Ability to source and qualify B2B leads using LinkedIn and other tools.
• Clear, concise verbal and written communication skills.
• Self‑disciplined, organized and able to meet daily and monthly targets with limited supervision.
• Willingness to travel to Singapore periodically for visits or exhibitions.
