Australian Tax Accountant (Remote)

About the role

Bravo Outsourcing Solutions is seeking four experienced Australian Tax Accountants to join its remote team. You will work closely with an Australian firm, providing tax compliance and accounting services for a diverse client base while developing deeper expertise in Australian taxation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review Australian Tax Returns, Business Activity Statements (BAS) and financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with Australian tax regulations and legislation.
• Provide tax planning support and advice to clients or internal stakeholders.
• Analyze financial statements and deliver actionable insights.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

Required profile

• 2–5+ years of experience in Australian tax and business services.
• Ability to prepare tax returns for individuals, partnerships, companies (including group companies) and trusts.
• Experience preparing and reviewing financial statements, IAS and BAS.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Positive, proactive attitude with a collaborative team spirit.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Xero.
• Proficiency with XPM.
• Experience using other accounting software.
