About the role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Audit Specialist to join our team in Pasay City. The role focuses on identifying audit risks, executing audit procedures, and delivering clear, well‑documented audit reports.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in identifying risk areas and defining audit focus.
- Customize audit programs to suit specific engagements.
- Execute audit procedures in financial, operational, and compliance contexts.
- Draft audit reports and prepare working papers to ensure adequate documentation.
- Support the audit team in delivering findings and recommendations.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy.
- At least 2 years of financial, operational, and compliance audit experience, preferably in the real‑estate sector.
- CPA certification; CIA is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of audit methodologies and procedures.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and report‑writing skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience using Audit Command Language (ACL).
