About the role
We are seeking an Audit Specialist (CPA) to join our team in Pasay City. The role involves supporting the audit function by identifying risks, customizing audit programs, and executing audit procedures to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in identifying risk areas and defining audit focus.
- Help customize audit programs tailored to specific business units.
- Execute audit procedures and gather evidence.
- Draft audit reports and prepare comprehensive working papers to support findings and conclusions.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in financial, operational, and compliance auditing, preferably within the real‑estate sector.
- CPA certification required; CIA is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of audit methodologies and procedures.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and report‑writing abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with Audit Command Language (ACL) preferred.
