Associate Lawyer

About the role

We are a full‑service law firm located in Makati, seeking a motivated Associate Lawyer to join our team. This position offers new lawyers the opportunity to work on a wide range of legal matters across corporate, litigation, labor, immigration, taxation and estate planning.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research on statutes, case law and regulations.
• Draft and file pleadings, complaints, petitions, motions, legal opinions, contracts, secretary’s certificates and correspondence.
• Review contracts, memoranda and letters for accuracy and compliance.
• Represent clients before government agencies, quasi‑judicial bodies and courts, including the Bureau of Internal Revenue and the National Labor Relations Commission.
• Coordinate with government offices: file applications, follow up on pending matters and liaise with officials.

Required profile

• Law degree and admission to the bar.
• Newly qualified lawyers are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Makati.
• Strong analytical, writing and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
