The role is full‑time and hybrid, allowing you to work both remotely and on‑site while supporting clients in the healthcare sector. This is an ideal opportunity for recent bar passers or lawyers with a strong interest in healthcare law.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and representation to healthcare‑focused clients.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and stay current on regulations affecting the healthcare industry.
• Identify creative, practical solutions to complex legal issues.
• Maintain client relationships and communicate legal strategies clearly.

Required profile

• Law degree and successful completion of the bar exam (or recent bar pass).
• Demonstrated interest or experience in healthcare law or the healthcare sector.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks remotely.
• Strong judgment and the capacity to recognize when a situation feels off.
