Associate Lawyer (0-1 year experience)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Associate to join AJA Law’s dynamic team. This position is ideal for a newly admitted lawyer or someone with up to one year of experience who wants to develop a broad legal skill set across multiple practice areas.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct legal research, draft documents, and assist in preparing filings.
• Support client matters in corporate, litigation, regulatory, intellectual property, compliance and other areas.
• Coordinate communications with clients, courts, government agencies and third‑party service providers.
• Collaborate with partners, senior associates and legal assistants in a team‑oriented environment.
• Develop practical legal abilities through real client work and mentorship.

Required profile

• Newly admitted lawyer or up to one year of post‑qualification experience.
• Eager to learn across different areas of law.
• Clear, professional, and responsive communication style.
• Detail‑oriented, adaptable and collaborative.
• Willingness to be mentored and to support team members.
