Associate Finance Controller

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Perform day‑to‑day accounting activities and ensure timely financial book close.
• Connect with country teams to gather relevant information and take necessary actions.
• Maintain compliance with global and local financial controls.
• Deliver tax and audit requirements within established deadlines.
• Conduct monthly balance‑sheet reviews for in‑scope entities and address any deviations.
• Analyze financial statements, consolidate accounting and tax data, and produce operational reports.
• Coordinate internal control attestations and serve as a backup resource when needed.
• Identify process gaps, propose improvements, and execute ad‑hoc tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Considerable years of relevant finance/accounting experience.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Willingness to work a mid‑shift schedule.
