Associate Customer Service Representative (Spanish)

About the role

Wells Fargo is looking for an Associate Customer Service Representative who will assist customers with financial products and services. The role involves handling inquiries through phone, text, chat, video chat and other channels in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide empathetic support to customers across multiple communication channels.
• Answer routine inquiries, resolve problems and deliver a best‑in‑class experience while following policies, regulations and work guidelines.
• Navigate several computer systems to retrieve and update customer information.
• Follow direction from supervisors and escalate complex issues to senior staff.
• Collaborate with team members and interact with internal and external customers.

Required profile

• At least 6 months of experience in customer service, financial services or a contact‑center environment, or equivalent experience gained through work, training, military service or education.
• Ability to attend the full training period and work additional hours as needed.
• Willingness to work on‑site at the posted location.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using multiple computer systems for customer support.
