Associate Account Director – Brand & Corporate PR

About the role

EON is looking for an Associate Account Director to lead its Brand and Corporate PR portfolio in Makati. The role combines business development, client leadership and team management to drive revenue growth and deliver integrated communication campaigns. It is a hybrid position, allowing flexibility between office and remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong client partnerships and co‑leading pitch research and ideation.
• Oversee multiple accounts across various industries, ensuring timely, high‑quality delivery of communication plans and campaign execution.
• Act as senior point of contact for clients, providing strategic counsel and managing inquiries.
• Monitor project trackers, lead alignment meetings, and give constructive feedback to internal teams.
• Collaborate with HR on recruitment, performance assessment and development plans for team members.
• Mentor and inspire sub‑teams of Senior Account Managers, Account Managers and Account Executives, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive agency experience in corporate public relations, branding or integrated campaigns.
• Proven track record of winning new accounts and growing agency revenue.
• Strong leadership and people‑management abilities, capable of guiding multiple teams.
• Excellent project‑management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Agile, adaptable and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
