Assistant Training Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Training Manager to support our technology account in a fast‑paced BPO environment. The role focuses on developing people, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering learning initiatives for new hires and existing staff.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Knowledge Acquisition (KA) and Knowledge Transfer (KT) activities.
• Design and structure onboarding and training programs for new hires.
• Ensure all employees complete required learning paths and conduct refresher or remedial sessions.
• Monitor on‑the‑job training (OJT) and go‑live performance, addressing any training gaps.
• Maintain training policies, reports, and documentation.
• Provide coaching to trainers and support their development.
• Facilitate Training Needs Analysis (TNA), calibration sessions, and client reviews.
• Track knowledge‑management metrics and deliverables.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to guarantee training readiness and operational excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 3 years of trainer experience in a BPO setting.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proven coaching, facilitation and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management capabilities.
• Stable employment history; current or former Wipro employees are not eligible.

Required skills

• Experience with social‑media account training (preferred).
