About the role
The Assistant Store Supervisor supports the Store Supervisor in managing daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, and delivering excellent customer service. This role involves coordinating inventory activities, assisting with staff training, and contributing to financial reporting and sales analysis.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing daily store operations and policy compliance.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
- Support training and development of new staff members.
- Provide customer service and resolve complaints effectively.
- Help with financial reporting and sales analysis.
Required profile
- Diploma in Business Management or a related field.
- 0‑2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication skills, team‑oriented, and customer‑focused attitude.
