Assistant Marketing Manager - Loyalty and Brand Partnerships

About the role

As an Assistant Marketing Manager focusing on Loyalty and Brand Partnerships, you will help drive user growth, engagement, and long‑term brand love across Grab’s ecosystem. Reporting to the OneGrab and IMC Head, you will own a dual‑engine portfolio that blends loyalty product optimization with strategic co‑marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Increase acquisition and GMV for loyalty products (GrabUnlimited, GrabCoins, GrabVIP) using data‑backed strategies.
• Analyze loyalty user data to identify churn gaps and activate targeted external partnerships.
• Lead end‑to‑end loyalty campaign delivery, from ideation through cross‑channel execution and performance analysis.
• Collaborate with core business units (Transport, Food, Mart) to embed loyalty mechanics into daily user habits.
• Act as primary marketing custodian for strategic external brands, managing co‑marketing campaigns from creative briefing to multi‑channel launch.
• Integrate partner perks into Grab’s marketplace, enhancing the GrabCoins catalog and driving everyday loyalty.
• Identify and develop high‑impact marketing partnerships that advance Grab’s loyalty and brand objectives.
