Assistant Manager, Visual Merchandising

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Visual Merchandising to support adidas’ Southeast Asia and Philippines brand activation teams. The role will coordinate seasonal campaigns, store implementations and visual standards across multi‑branded locations.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary visual merchandising resource for all categories, aligning with Emerging Markets – Southeast Asia and Philippines brand activation teams.
• Assist in planning and executing seasonal and in‑season campaigns according to the regional marketing calendar.
• Ensure timely and impactful VM roll‑out in multi‑branded stores, working with country wholesale teams, external VM partners and outsource agencies.
• Manage monthly VM route plans within adidas‑controlled selling areas, in partnership with the wholesale team.
• Monitor and optimise the allocated marketing expense budget.
• Set up sell‑in events that reflect the agreed category/brand messaging.
• Prepare regular reports on campaigns, store openings and model stores for regional teams.
• Adapt global and regional VM guidelines and lead special projects as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in trade, project management or visual merchandising, preferably in retail, fashion or creative agencies.
• Ability to work in an inclusive, global environment and collaborate with marketing and wholesale teams.
• Degree in Retail, Design, Marketing, Merchandising or a related field.
• Fluent in English and Filipino (written and spoken).

• Experience with project‑management applications.
• Familiarity with design software used for creative output.
