Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition (Sourcing)

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition (Sourcing) to lead end‑to‑end recruitment activities for iOPEX Technologies in Taguig. The role will drive strategic sourcing, build talent pipelines and enhance our employer brand to attract top talent for critical and high‑growth positions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for niche, critical and volume roles, using advanced search techniques and networking.
• Identify, engage and nurture passive candidates, building and maintaining talent pools for future hiring needs.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand requirements, provide market insights and support workforce planning.
• Recommend and implement best‑practice sourcing tools and processes, ensuring high conversion rates and timely delivery of qualified candidates.
• Track, analyse and report sourcing metrics such as pipeline health, time‑to‑source and candidate quality.
• Guide junior sourcing specialists, sharing techniques, tools and market intelligence.
• Utilise ATS, CRM and other sourcing platforms effectively while ensuring compliance with data‑privacy and recruitment policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, preferably in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and analytical abilities.
