Assistant Manager – Inpatient Services

About the role

The Provider Services Assistant Manager leads the In‑House End‑to‑End (E2E) team, ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, and high customer satisfaction within inpatient services.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to strategy development and align operational execution with departmental goals.
• Evaluate team performance, conduct needs assessments, and implement risk‑management initiatives.
• Oversee daily workflow, resolve issues promptly, and produce accurate performance reports.
• Provide continuous coaching, mentoring, and collaborate with Learning & Development and Quality Assurance to upskill the team.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and drive service recovery.
• Maintain and update policies, procedures, and documentation to comply with ISO certification standards.
• Support business continuity and address manpower shortages or low service levels across units.

Required profile

• Strong leadership with a customer‑service orientation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, capable of effective escalation management.
• Proven experience in performance management, feedback delivery, and performance reviews.
• Ability to facilitate training and development initiatives.
