Assistant Manager, Account Management

About the role

Grab, Southeast Asia’s leading super‑app, is looking for an Assistant Manager to drive growth and performance of its GrabFood merchant portfolio. You will build strong partnerships, increase transaction volume, and help merchants succeed on the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with GrabFood merchants, overseeing their performance.
• Manage a portfolio of food‑service accounts, aiming to grow Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) and advertising spend.
• Conduct regular business reviews, create joint business plans, and implement agreed actions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry shifts to adapt strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 5 + years of sales and account‑management experience in the food or e‑commerce sector.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation and selling abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership, self‑motivation and teamwork.
• Excellent organizational and analytical capabilities.
• Proven ability to collaborate across multifunctional teams.
