Sales Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Sales Assistant to support our sales operations at GreenMile. The role involves assisting the sales team in achieving targets, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate sales records.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in achieving monthly and annual sales targets and assigned quotas.
• Provide customers with accurate product and service information.
• Support the Sales Supervisor and team in daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Monitor sales activities, customer accounts, and performance metrics.
• Prepare quotations and other sales‑related documents.
• Maintain and update customer records and sales databases.
• Coordinate with clients regarding orders, deliveries, and follow‑ups.
• Prepare sales reports and assist in data analysis.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Assist in implementing sales strategies, promotional activities, and operational tasks.
• Perform ad‑hoc tasks assigned by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or a related field.
• Experience in sales, business development or channel management is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
