Assistant Live Supervisor

About the role

The Assistant Live Supervisor supports the planning and execution of live selling and streaming activities for a fast‑growing cosmetics brand. Working on‑site in Quezon City, you will coordinate schedules, prepare products and materials, and assist hosts during live sessions to ensure smooth operations and a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate live selling schedules and ensure all required products and materials are ready.
• Assist hosts during live broadcasts, handling on‑site logistics and audience interaction.
• Monitor live performance metrics and compile session reports.
• Provide feedback to improve content, sales efficiency, and audience engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and sales teams to align live activities with brand guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of each live session and ensure compliance with customer service standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in marketing or communications is a plus.
• Previous experience in retail, beauty, cosmetics, or live‑selling environments is beneficial.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site in Quezon City with flexibility for peak hours and special campaigns.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a customer‑focused mindset.
