Assembly Tech 2

About the role

We are looking for an Assembly Tech 2 to join our manufacturing plant in Tanauan City, Philippines. The role involves hands‑on assembly of seat components and related parts for aerospace applications, supporting both mechanical and electrical builds. You will work closely with the production team to meet daily and monthly output targets while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform manual assembly of seat parts, including leather work, painting, and finishing.
• Assemble and install electrical and mechanical components according to blueprints, wire lists and shop procedures.
• Operate small machinery and hand tools such: soldering irons, wire strippers, crimpers, wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers and hammers.
• Conduct quick failure analysis and suggest corrective actions to the team lead.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Support and Quality teams to achieve on‑time delivery and compliance with international standards.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement activities (CI, Kaizen, 5S) and adhere to EH&S practices.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of assembly or production experience in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
• Technical or vocational education (minimum 2‑year course) preferred.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills.
• Flexibility to work shifting schedules, overtime and adapt to changing work conditions.
