Art Director – Creative Designer (Social Media & AI)

About the role

We are looking for a creative designer with 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in social media content, brand design, or digital marketing. You will blend strong visual skills with the latest AI tools to produce standout assets for a variety of brands.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise and create engaging social‑media content for multiple brands and industries.
• Design static and animated assets for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and other digital platforms.
• Experiment with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly) to generate ideas and accelerate design work.
• Collaborate with account managers, strategists, copywriters and fellow creatives to ensure visual consistency.
• Develop creative concepts that align with marketing objectives and audience insights.
• Prepare presentations and clearly communicate ideas to internal teams and clients.
• Stay updated on design trends, social‑media best practices and emerging AI technologies.
• Maintain high standards of quality, attention to detail and project organisation.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in graphic design, social‑media content creation or advertising.
• Strong portfolio showcasing social‑media campaigns, brand content and digital creative work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Canva.
• Experience with AI‑powered creative platforms such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly or Nano‑Banana.
• Solid understanding of branding, typography, composition and visual storytelling.
• Excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills.
• Creative problem‑solver eager to learn and experiment with new tools.
