Art Director, Creative Design

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Art Director to lead the creative direction of B2B digital marketing assets and campaign materials. You will work closely with clients and cross‑functional teams to translate briefs into compelling visual solutions while mentoring designers to raise the overall quality of work.

Key responsibilities

• Assess brand guidelines, briefs, and deliverables to set creative direction aligned with business goals.
• Develop and present design concepts that respond to audience insights, content strategy, and channel requirements.
• Collaborate with directors, managers, and teams such as content, marketing, and data to ensure design objectives are met.
• Serve as the primary creative contact for clients, presenting concepts, gathering feedback, and guiding revisions.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to design team members, ensuring standards and expectations are upheld.
• Create a range of B2B digital assets, including editorial pieces, ABM campaign materials, PowerPoint decks, and event‑related graphics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
• 5–6 years of graphic design experience with a strong portfolio of digital and print work.
• Proven experience in design concept development and campaign ideation.
• Leadership or people‑coordination experience.
• Understanding of marketing and advertising campaigns and how design supports objectives.
• Self‑motivated, organized, detail‑oriented, and results‑driven.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Cloud – InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Microsoft Office – PowerPoint, Word.
